WARRANTY
Paint Warranty
Gutter and downspout installations are a polyester paint finish and warranted not to chip, crack, peel, blister or fading non-uniformity. Paint finish is covered for a period of not less than 20 years. Paint warranty does not cover “tiger striping" (common striping discoloration on the front of the gutter). Some homes may experience atmospheric and other conditions that require regular cleaning. For more information on cleaning the finish of your gutters, please visit allguttersystems.com.
Defect warranty
Gutters, end caps, miters, elbows, hangers, downspout pipe, and other fasteners are to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of not less than 20 years. Defects should be reported in writing immediately to prevent collateral damage.
Workmanship Warranty
Seamless Gutters LLC warrants our workmanship for 5 years. Warranty is void if gutters or components are removed and/or reinstalled by persons or companies other than Seamless Gutters LLC technicians.
Function Warranty
Our rain handling system will meet or exceed Florida's building codes. Gutter system components are warranted not to leak for 20 years. Should a leak develop, do not attempt to repair; instead call Seamless Gutters LLC for an inspection to determine warranty coverage. Gutter system components modified by persons other than Seamless Gutters LLC technicians are void of function and workmanship warranty and any resulting work will result in a service charge.
Exclusions to Warranty
This warranty does not cover any other damage or material failure including, but not limited to, damage caused by occurrences beyond the control of Seamless Gutters LLC, such as settlement of the building, failure of the structure (including foundations and walls), use of incompatible accessories, faulty or improper installation, any re-installation of the products, normal weathering, chemical pollutants, normal fading, fire, flood, lightning, windblown objects, earthquake, hurricanes, ice dams, icicles and/or ice storms, atmospheric conditions or weather of catastrophic nature as defined by the U.S. Weather Bureau, other "acts of God", intentional acts, unreasonable use or failure to provide reasonable maintenance. The geographic location, the quality of the atmosphere and other local factors over which Seamless Gutters LLC has no control, may contribute to the severity of these conditions. Painting any of the gutter components will also void this warranty.
How a Warranty Claim is Managed
Upon noticing an occurrence, please call Seamless Gutters LLC immediately to file your warranty claim (877-549-7070). The claim will be entered into our warranty/service database. You may be asked for specific information such as the precise location of the problem and for photographs of the area. We will use this information to pre-diagnose the problem and develop possible causes and solutions. Once it has been determined that a site visit is required, a tentative date will be provided to you for one of our technicians to physically inspect your installation. Depending on time of year and current work load the time frame for the appointment can be up to 2 weeks. At this time we will also determine whether the occurrence is or is not covered by our warranty.
If it is determined that the occurrence is covered by the warranty then the situation will be resolved at no cost to the homeowner. If the occurrence is not covered by the warranty then a budgetary cost will be agreed upon, prior to coming to the job site, between the homeowner and Seamless Gutters LLC. Upon agreement a technician will visit the job site and remedy the problem. Please note that when making non-warranty repairs we will always provide the customer with the best long-term solution at a fair price.
